Practical experience in the fine arts
As a student in the Department of Fine Arts, you'll gain practical experience in using the tools and techniques of the visual artist.
Once you've mastered the basic skills, you'll be provided opportunities to experiment that you will grow in your artistic maturity and abilities. You will build an impressive portfolio of work during your studies and will highlight your best work during your senior-year art exhibit.

Art
As an Art major, you'll complete course work in various areas of the art world including drawing, pottery, sculpture, jewelry-making and much more.
Music
As a music major, you’ll study keyboard proficiency, music history, pedagogy and theory, conducting, individual and group instruction, and performance.
