Welcome to Waynesburg University!
Faith. Learning. Service. Those three pillars of the mission at Waynesburg University continue to guide us more than 165 years after our founding. What does that mean for you as a student at Waynesburg? It means committed faculty members, small class sizes and practical hands-on experiences combining to prepare you for a lifetime of vocational success; it means mentors and opportunities available to develop you into a servant leader that transforms God's world; and additionally, it means an affordable education that costs more than $10,000 less than other private, non-profit four-year colleges.
Waynesburg offers more than 70 academic options in which students can concentrate their studies. Not only that, but those who want to increase their marketability upon graduation can also choose from more than 30 minors. Click the button below to learn more about the majors available to you.

Our Students at a Glance
What does our University community look like? It's made up of approximately 1,400 undergraduate students who, along with their focus on rigorous academics, also attend the 150+ campus faith events we offer and contribute to the 50,000 hours of service learning and community/civic engagement yearly. These students may also compete on one of our 20 NCAA Division III athletic teams or participate in one of the other nearly 50 clubs and organizations on campus.
In August of 2017, we welcomed a new freshman class of more than 400 students. Below is an overview of the credentials those students brought to campus.
