Waynesburg University will host a Mock Crime Scene event for prospective students on Saturday, March 16.
Beginning at 9 a.m., high school sophomores, juniors and seniors will gather for hands-on experience under the guidance of professionals on how to interview witnesses, investigate a crime scene and properly collect and document evidence.

“With the No. 2 ranked criminal justice program in Pennsylvania and a strong forensics program, students will network, meet and learn from top experts in these fields,” Isaiah Skeete, associate director of Admissions said. “This is a unique opportunity for students to step inside our state-of-the-art facilities, learn more about the programs and see if Waynesburg University is the right fit.”
Students will receive a lunch, and the event will conclude at 2 p.m.
