Jaime Stanny Emerson

Jaime Stanny Emerson works at Waynesburg University as an academic support specialist.

Emerson grew up near Pittsburgh International Airport before coming to Waynesburg University for her undergraduate studies. She majored in psychology with a double minor in counseling and child development. She pursued a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in trauma at Franciscan University of Steubenville, Ohio, before returning to the Greene County area, which she came to love in her time at Waynesburg.

Emerson lives with her husband, Matthew, and their three cats. In her free time, she can be found camping, visiting loved ones, listening to Taylor Swift, playing video games, watching movies and making art.
