William Stough

Biography
William Stough practiced as a CPA from 1983 until 1992. At that time, he joined one of his clients as a financial officer and remained with them until he retired in 2012. He began his teaching career at Waynesburg University in August 2015 as an adjunct, becoming a full-time professor in 2016.
The first class Professor Stough taught was the MBA class Applied Economics. Now, in 2023, Professor Stough is directing the University's MBA program as the Program Director.
In addition to teaching, in 2016 Stough began as an assistant coach on the University's Baseball team. During his time as a student, he played baseball for then Waynesburg College. Coach Stough has been volunteering at the Dicks' Sporting Goods Pony League World Series since 2008.
Professor Stough is married to his wife, Carol, and they have two grown children, Alex and Lindsay.
