Matthew Stultz Oct 25, 2018

Waynesburg University’s American Chemical Society (ACS) student chapter will host its 10th Annual Haunted Lab Monday, Oct. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m. on the fifth floor of Stewart Science Hall on the main campus of Waynesburg University.

“The Haunted Lab is a unique event that the whole family can attend,” said Dr. Evonne Baldauff, associate professor of chemistry and chair of the Department of Chemistry and Forensic Science. “Participants get to interact with our undergraduate science majors to witness interesting demonstrations and fun hands-on activities. We hope that the experience gets kids excited and shows them that science is something they might one day want to study in college.”

The walk-through event is open to the public and will showcase dozens of interactive demonstrations and activities to engage students of all ages. It is designed to promote science education by showcasing fun and exciting demonstrations and hands-on activities.
