Guatemala Luncheon

The Guatemalan Mission Trip invites you to their potluck lunch and to learn about the Guatemala Mission Trip. They will be hosting a Luncheon on October 22 in the Stover 300s (Third floor of the Stover Campus Center) to raise money for their "Project Fund." Money raised at this event will directly help a Nutrition Center located in Patzun, Guatemala, called the Hogar de Ninos.

Pat Bristor and Ryan Smith will be leading the 2020 Guatemala Mission Trip to Patzun, Guatemala. During the service trip, students will assist with work projects and care for children at the nutritional center run by Franciscan nuns.

Education majors and students interested in working with children will have the opportunity to teach English classes at the San Bernardino Middle School.

Nursing and pre-med majors will be able to observe various procedures in a Guatemalan Hospital, enabling them to see how medical procedures are done in a developing country in comparison to the United States.

Contact Pat or Ryan for more information about the Guatemalan Mission Trip at Waynesburg University!
