South West East & Pollock Halls
SWEP’s quiet community offers the space and tranquility often needed to finish major academic work.
The Halls in South, West, East, and Pollock (SWEP) Halls are a suite-style, female residence halls that house 70, 60, 75, and 90 students respectively. Residence in these halls is offered based on total credits completed between roommates and are assigned in early April. First year students are only able to reside in these halls if there are still rooms available after housing selection has been completed.
The Amenities
Each hall in the SWEP community comes furnished with captain style beds, carpeting, air conditioning, a spacious living area, and private bathrooms. Each room is also equipped with a fridge and microwave. The halls contain lounge spaces and a laundry facility.
A Quiet Atmosphere
Given that the suite-style halls are traditionally made up of upperclassmen, residents here are focused on completing their most rigorous course work. For this reason, SWEP is often a study zone atmosphere where all the residents are working diligently on their most major academic requirements.
Living Options
We offer three types of living options for SWEP halls. Students apply to live in SWEP as a double, triple, or quad. This offers residents the versatility in how they prefer to reside in the halls and offers the ability to fluctuate the price to fit best with their financial plans.
