Health Science Minor
The Health Science Minor is designed for students interested in expanding their knowledge of health-related topics and pursuing careers in healthcare, public health, or health administration.
This interdisciplinary program provides a foundational understanding of human anatomy, physiology, disease prevention, health promotion and healthcare systems.
Through biology, psychology, nutrition and public health coursework, students will gain insights into the factors that influence individual and community health. The minor equips students with essential skills in health literacy, research methodologies and ethical decision-making, preparing them to address current and emerging health challenges.
