Spanish The Spanish program at Waynesburg University is designed to offer students study in the language along with an immersion experience in two Spanish speaking cities, Sevilla, Spain (Semester in Spain) and San José, Costa Rica (CCCU Best Semester). Students are required to take at least one year of Spanish in college level courses before attending one of the two Study Abroad programs. Students must also take a placement exam before beginning their program at Waynesburg to determine proper placement in the elementary and intermediate language courses.
