Bachelor of Management & Leadership at Waynesburg University

The Bachelor of Management and Leadership program (BML), an adult degree completion program, positions students for enhanced professional and personal success in communication and service to a wider community. The management and leadership curriculum addresses ethics, diversity, and Christian principles; financial, business and accounting theory, team building, negotiation, and decision-making. As a graduate, you will be prepared to manage and lead in a global, dynamic and competitive workplace.

The BML is designed as a 60 credit degree completion program to help working adults balance their career and family obligations, while at the same time, pursuing the completion of their undergraduate degree.  Students in this program work in a cohort format, completing 2 classes (1 online, 1 face to face) in each of our eight week accelerated sessions and 4 total per semester.  This program runs for 5 continuous semesters and takes approximately 18 months to complete.  Cohorts begin every fall semester.  Classes are held exclusively at the Southpointe Center.
