I’m accepted; what’s next?

Congratulations on being accepted into Waynesburg University! We’re so glad you’ve chosen to consider joining our dynamic campus community. Below are the next steps in the process and some important dates to keep in mind over these next few months, but remember, don’t hesitate to contact the Admissions Office with any questions or concerns you may have. We can’t wait to see you all on campus soon!

Secure your spot
Fill out the
Admission Enrollment Form, and send in the appropriate deposit to hold your spot. As long as resident students do this by May 1, they are guaranteed housing on campus.

Fill out New Student Forms, and receive your tentative class and housing assignments
The
myConnect portal is available to new incoming students. This will include New Student Forms, housing information, Financial Aid information, technology information, a billing timeline and more. Complete your New Student Forms by the following dates:

First Priority Deadline of March 1 - Receive your tentative class schedule and housing assignment by the end of April.

Second Priority Deadline of April 15 - Receive your tentative class schedule and housing assignment by the beginning of June.

Regular Registration - If you complete your New Student Forms after April 15, you will be assigned classes and housing on a first come, first served basis.

View your Financial Aid Award Letter.
Financial Aid Award Letters become available in late February for those who complete the FAFSA. Student bills will consist of the cost of attendance minus financial aid. Bills are mailed out to students toward the end of June.
